She founded BNVS, a charitable educational institution in 2005, and CAJ Senior Care, a social enterprise in 2010. Currently, she holds the post of the Vice President of The Chinese Society of Technical and Vocational Education and the Vice President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service.
